1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a MAYA account or otherwise using MAYA, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use MAYA.

2. Not investment advice

MAYA is an educational market-analysis tool. Nothing displayed in MAYA — including technical signals, scanner results, "Buy Calls," advisory notes, or any other content — is investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser before making financial decisions.

3. No order placement

MAYA is strictly read-only. It cannot place, modify, or cancel any order, and cannot move funds in or out of your broker or bank account, under any circumstance.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You may disconnect your Zerodha account or delete your MAYA account at any time.

5. Beta status

MAYA is currently offered as a private beta ("MAYA Beta 1"). Features, data accuracy, and availability may change without notice, and MAYA is provided without any uptime guarantee or service-level agreement during this period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to access another user's data or account; reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload MAYA's infrastructure; use MAYA for any unlawful purpose; or share your account credentials with anyone else.

7. Third-party data and services

MAYA displays data sourced from Zerodha Kite Connect, NSE, BSE, and other public market-data sources. MAYA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data, and is not responsible for outages or errors in any third-party service it depends on.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

MAYA is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAYA and its creator, Satyajit Mishra, are not liable for any trading losses, financial losses, or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, MAYA, or from any decision made based on information shown in MAYA.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MAYA at any time, for any reason, particularly during this beta period. You may stop using MAYA and request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
